Adam Sabloff
Chief Executive Officer, Founder
A graduate of Emory University, Adam served as VP of Development and Chief Marketing Officer for Midtown Equities, a $7 billion real estate, media, and aviation conglomerate, where he also oversaw its technology subsidiary, Midtown Technologies. While at Midtown, Adam spearheaded the development of the first ever “The Ritz-Carlton Residences” in Baltimore, a concept he co-created with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Through his work, Adam recognized that seniors and the chronically ill residing in Midtown’s numerous developments could benefit greatly from next-generation care delivery and technology that would make the home an organic extension of the healthcare continuum. After losing a loved one to a late-stage diagnosis, Adam launched VirtualHealth to pursue this vision.
Sue Powers
Chief Growth Officer
Prior to joining VirtualHealth, Sue was Vice President of Sales at Array Health. Sue has also held senior roles at Edifecs, Quovadx, Vitria, Netscape, and Tandem Computers. She has been in healthcare sales and sales management since 1999. In her free time, Sue loves spending time with family and friends, working with charitable organizations, and playing tennis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with emphasis on Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
Rick Auletta
President, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to VirtualHealth, Rick was the Senior Vice President of Sales at PaymentWorks in Boston, Massachusetts. Before that, Rick was the CEO of Motionsoft and Softgate Systems, the President of Independent Mission Schools, and a member of the Board of Directors at The Neat Company. Rick has a proven record of success in evolving and transforming business strategies to elevate companies across technology, finance, and industrial sectors. While at Motionsoft, Auletta helped lead a turnaround that resulted in a successful acquisition by Daxko Holdings. At Softgate, he developed and managed a strategic operating plan resulting in the company’s transformation to a $3.2 EBITDA positive business from ($1.8M) in less than 5 years, and he was instrumental in the company’s eventual successful acquisition by TIO Networks. Rick also serves as a board member for Building a Bridge to Uganda, a 501c3 focused on working with local Ugandans to assist them in building a High School and multiple secondary schools north of Uganda’s capital city of Kampala.
Rebecca Vos
Vice President, Client Business Solutions
Rebecca had worked as a Project Manager in residential construction before returning to school at the University of Texas at Dallas to pursue her passion for healthcare. She began working at Health Care Services Corporation (HCSC) in Clinical Operations where she gained experience in both the Commercial line of business and Government Programs. She was instrumental in the implementation of the first Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program that the Texas Medicaid Division would internally manage. Rebecca was heavily involved in shaping the program based on the intricacies of LTSS from an overall Clinical Operations perspective, and hopes to leverage her clinical knowledge at VirtualHealth to help ensure successful implementations.
Marcus Caraballo
Vice President, Product Management
As Vice President of Product Management, Marcus Caraballo leads the vision and direction of VirtualHealth’s product roadmap. He joined VirtualHealth in 2015 as the third employee after receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. During his 8 years at VirtualHealth, he has held various product leadership roles, overseeing HELIOS® interoperability initiatives, product partnerships, and enterprise implementations.
Rob McChane
Vice President, Marketing
Rob has over a decade of healthcare marketing leadership experience with a focus on digital marketing, digital product management, and growth strategy. Prior to joining VirtualHealth, Rob was Director of Growth Strategy for UnitedHealthcare’s Government Programs division with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid programs. He also has experience developing marketing and user experience strategies for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the upper midwest. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Alexander Zhivov
Vice President, Information Security
In the role of Vice President of Information Security, Alex Zhivov spearheads all security, compliance, governance, and risk management efforts internally and as an external advisor to our customer’s solutions. Prior to joining VirtualHealth in 2022, Alex has led various security teams in mid- to large-size health tech startups, investment firms, and publishing media organizations. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Pace University as well as multiple professional certificates in the security industry. Alex had also represented as a subject matter expert in several US supreme court cases providing evidence and advisory services.
Sheela Datta
Chief Client Officer
A graduate of the University of Chicago, Sheela Datta spent more than a decade at PwC in the Health Industries Practice, where she worked with the Health Research Institute, Global Healthcare Team, Research & Analytics, and Advisory Services. Prior to joining VirtualHealth, she led clinical operations and technology optimization for the Government Programs Division at the Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), one of the country’s largest health insurance companies. Sheela spearheaded VirtualHealth’s award-winning consultative approach to product implementation and business process optimization across the full range of care management and population health domains. Today, as Chief Client Officer, she oversees and is ultimately responsible for VirtualHealth clients, including project implementation management, optimization of using HELIOS, and overall customer satisfaction.
Danielle Bellanger
Founding Member & Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
Danielle has been in finance for over 25 years. She has held several managerial responsibilities at Credit Industriel et Commercial, part of the CIC/Credit Mutual Group. She was CFO and subsequently Risk Manager for their U.S. operations, a member of the executive committee, and a member of the treasury, audit compliance, and IT users committees. Danielle joined the board of the Group’s U.S. broker Dealer (CIC-Euro Securities, now ESN North America) and acted as its interim president for a two-year period. She held memberships in various banking and professional organizations and served on legal, accounting, and tax working committees.
Kevin Hill
Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
Kevin spent 1989 through 2004 with Oxford Health Plans in a variety of executive positions. From 1999 through 2004, Kevin was the Executive VP of Sales, Products, and Pricing, for the company’s $5.5 billion business, reporting to the company CEO. Upon Oxford’s sale in 2004 to United Healthcare (UHC), Kevin was named CEO of United’s Northeast Division and was with UHC until 2006. Since 2006 Kevin has been an advisor and/or board member of several venture-backed companies. Kevin resides in Rumson, NJ with his wife and three children.
Lenard Marcus
Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
Lenard is a Partner with Edison Partners, the premier growth equity firm that invests in rapidly growing technology companies. Edison has invested in over 185 companies and completed more than 140 exits, including 17 IPOs. Lenard leads Edison’s Healthcare Information Technology practice and oversees investments in Security software. Lenard previously served on the investment committee of the Virginia CIT and is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from the Columbia School of Business.
L. Bradford Perkins
Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
A graduate of Stanford and Cornell, Brad is the co-founder and Chairman of Perkins Eastman Architects and an Adjunct Professor at the Cornell College of Architecture, Art and Planning. A renowned international authority, he has authored more than 80 articles and five textbooks on architecture and planning and has a particular interest in design for senior living.
Eric C. Rackow, MD
Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
Eric C. Rackow, M.D. is a Professor of Medicine at the New York University School of Medicine. He is the immediate past president of Humana At Home. Prior to joining Humana, he was president and CEO of SeniorBridge, where under his leadership the company tripled in size to over 50 homecare offices and a nationwide network of more than 10,000 care managers.
Dr. Rackow joined SeniorBridge following a career in the hospital industry. His hospital leadership includes the past president of NYU Hospitals Center, the Chief Medical Officer of NYU Hospitals Center, and the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York.
Dr. Rackow earned his MD at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He is the author of 184 articles and 40 chapters on the care of patients with complex medical problems. He is on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Franklin and Marshall College. He is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Cardiology, and American College of Chest Physicians. In view of his outstanding contributions to healthcare, in 2004 Dr. Rackow received the distinguished award of Mastership of the American College of Physicians.
Warren Sabloff
Chairman of the Board of Directors, VirtualHealth
A leading real estate and senior living developer, Warren served a key role in the development and sales of more than 30,000 residential and senior living units and over 20 hotels in conjunction with The Ritz-Carlton, Westin, Hyatt, Loews, Marriott, and Omni. He has served as a Board Member of the New Leadership Division of North Shore University Hospital and Associate Trustee of North Shore-LIJ.
